香辣啤酒蟹

主料:蟹

配料:葱、姜、干辣椒、青瓜、西红柿

调料:盐、味精、胡椒、料酒、生油、生粉、啤酒

做法:
1、将蟹初加工——砍块待用,葱切段,姜切片,干辣椒切粒,葱头切末

2、主料拍粉——炸制

3、煸香(葱、姜、干辣椒)

4、下主料——调味——炒制

5、下葱段——勾芡——明油——装盘

特点:色泽红润 香辣咸鲜 酒香浓郁 营养丰富
